I am clinical biomedical scientist by training with expertise in molecular virology research and use of health data to make decision. I am highly experienced in advanced techniques of diagnosing and researching viral infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, TB, Hepatitis B virus, and SAR COV-2 and others. I teach and supervise undergraduate biomedical science student in clinical chemistry and molecular biology. I have led local NGO and international NGO in support of total health care management for people living with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria under CDC grant. Currently, I am pursing my PhD in Public Health with toxicology track while researching on hepatotropic viral infections (HBV, HCV, HIV): Pathogenesis Exacerbation by alcohol, Treatment and new drug testing/development Progression to end-stage liver disease., Liver-brain axis in the context of HIV or hepatitis B virus and alcohol exposure.
