A Public Health Nutritionist, with over 7 year’s working experience in humanitarian and development sectors. I have more than 8 years of related working experience in Humanitarian Response, DRR, Health and Nutrition, WASH programming both in development and humanitarian settings with different National and International NGO’s. Currently I am working with iDE as an Upazila WASH Officer-PSM II. I had worked with Oxfam GB as a Public Health Promotion Officer that is supported by UNHCR. As part of Oxfam, I also with different clusters at national level and working with other INGO, govt. for setting different guides following humanitarian standards like CHC, SPHERE including IEC, behavioral approach, packages in line with global and national standard. I had worked with COAST Trust as a Program Manager- ‘Health and Nutrition’ and with NGO Forum for Public Health as a ‘Hygiene Promotion Manager’. I have more than 7 years of professional experiences in development sector following a highly successful background including strategic planning, program design, resource mobilization, leadership, technical, advisory roles in Health, Nutrition (CMAM, BSFP/TSFP/OTP), Education, WASH including Community Engagement etc. in humanitarian and development contexts in Bangladesh. I have successfully served in different capacities including project management and implementation (RANAS, MuM’s Magic Hand, SLTS, CATS, CHAST, CLTS & HWTS etc.), SME’s, Sanmark, social and behavior change communication, and policy analysis and advocacy in the fields of sexual and reproductive health and family planning, maternal health, child health, adolescent health, nutrition, tuberculosis, child rights and education, and water supply, hygiene and sanitation. As a Public Health Nutritionist, I want to fight for a world of nutrition & health equity, justice and free from malnutrition where human right and democracy are the social cultures.
