Olushola Micheal Tope is an economist and applied research professional with a strong interest in development economics, applied microeconomics, and data-driven policy analysis. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where his research examined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on economic growth and international trade. He also earned a B.Sc. (Ed) in Economics from Ekiti State University. Olushola has worked as an Economist and Research Analyst at Motz Consulting Group and Analyst Data Services & Resources (ADSR) Limited, contributing to empirical research, policy analysis, and data visualization using tools such as R, Stata, EViews, SPSS, and Excel. In 2024, he completed a Development Economics program at the IZA Institute of Labor Economics under the Gender, Growth, and Labour Markets in Low-Income Countries (G²LM|LIC) initiative. His research interests include inclusive growth, labor markets, international trade, and the application of quantitative methods to real-world economic and policy challenges. He aspires to pursue doctoral training in economics and contribute to impactful academic and applied research.
