With 27 years of experience in diverse roles, I am a part-time faculty member at Stamford University and the University of Development Alternative in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am also the Founder and Mentor of Skillup360, a center dedicated to human resource and organizational development through education, training, consultancy, and research. I have a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka, specializing in social compliance within Bangladesh’s readymade garment industry. Additionally, I serve as the President of the Employers Committee at UCEP and am actively involved in international seminars, research, and training programs focused on management and compliance.
