I am Mohan Rao Pulugulla, currently serving as the Senior Lead Software Engineer and Business Intelligence & IT Analytics Lead at Guardian’s Embrace, a nonprofit organization based in the United States. My work focuses on designing secure, scalable, and data-driven systems that integrate analytics and automation to enhance transparency, efficiency, and strategic decision-making. I hold a Master of Science in Applied Statistics and Decision Analytics and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Analytics from Western Illinois University, USA, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, India. My research and professional interests include cloud-native software engineering, data science, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. I have authored and co-authored several papers on microservice architectures, NLP-based conversational agents, and demographic data analytics in reputed international journals. Beyond my technical and research contributions, I actively participate in mentoring, peer reviewing, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration across technology and analytics communities.
