Mohd Nasir Saari is a registered Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), a fellow member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a professional technologist with the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT). He graduated with MSc. in Project Management (Liverpool) and BSc. in Quantity Surveying (UiTM). He has experience in various departments in the government of Malaysia, including the Irrigation and Drainage Department of Selangor, the Public Works Department of Malaysia (JKR), the Education Ministry, and as a Special Officer to the Minister of Works Malaysia. Currently, he is the Head of the Quantity Surveyor Research Laboratory at the Centre of Excellence for Engineering and Technology (CREaTE), JKR Malaysia.
