Adam, Muhammad Saifullahi is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in management, transport operations, and educational development. Born on November 18, 1992, in Kano State, Nigeria, he holds an M.Sc. in Management and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano, as well as a National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Kano State Polytechnic. Adam currently serves as the Head of Fleet Operations at BUA Group (Transport Division), a role he has held since 2019. His previous experiences include serving as a Class Teacher at Government Secondary School, Daura, and as a Cadet Marshal with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC). His professional interests span strategic management, transport systems, organizational behavior, and human capital development. He is a full member of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) and has earned over a dozen certifications in areas such as safety management, fleet operations, strategy, innovation, workplace stress management, and information systems. He has also served as a manuscript reviewer for RSIS International since July 2025. Adam is an active researcher and published author. His scholarly contributions include articles in RSIS International, Global Scientific Journal, and the Journal of Current Research and Studies, focusing on dividend policy, firm performance, strategic implementation, and workplace mental health.
