Mr. Maosa Robert holds MSc. in Leadership and Governance and a BSc. Public Administration and Leadership, Diploma II in Electrical Engineering Power Option, Certificate in Computer Maintenance and Repairs and Doctor of Philosophy in political science- public administration and international relations at Moi University. He have worked as a Lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where he have trained many leaders at all levels of management and leadership positions. His major focus is on Public Administration, Public Policy, Political and Professional Leadership, and governance. He is interest in nurturing young talents and future leaders for this country. He have always been enthusiastic about shaping the future in the generations of tomorrow through career coaching, motivational speaking, and talent incubation. He is known to possess a flexible character with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communicational skills and possess a high degree of motivation and initiative with a track record of delivering to demanding timescales and responding well to pressure situations.
