Mustapha, Taiye Sherif is a Nigerian microbiologist and health services management professional with a strong background spanning microbiology, public health, healthcare management, pharmaceutical product development, and medical sciences. He holds an MBA in Health Services Management from Bayero University, Kano, with a Merit grade (3.72/5.0 CGPA), and a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin, where he graduated with Second Class Honours (Upper Division). His academic training includes healthcare informatics, health policy analysis, epidemiology, research methodology, immunology, medical and veterinary microbiology, and pharmaceutical microbiology. He currently serves as Senior Product Development Manager at Elbe Pharma Nigeria Limited, where he leads pharmaceutical product development, regulatory compliance, therapeutic portfolio management, clinical product presentations, and data-driven decision-making. His previous roles include Product Development Manager, Regional Institution Manager, and Medical Sales Representative.
