Tavershima Kparev is a young academic of repute from Benue State University, Makurdi since 2019. Born 2nd March, 1982 from Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State. He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate and Senior School Certificate at St. John’s Primary School, Gboko and and Malamin Secondary School, GRA, Gboko respectively. He had his higher education at the Benue State University, Makurdi where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Education Degree (B. Sc(Ed) in Physical and Health Education in 2006 and Master’s of Science in Education Degree (M.Sc(Ed) in Exercise and Sport Science. He is at present a PhD student at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has published in Professional International and Local Journals. He has worked in different governmental and private sectors as a teacher, administrator and Sport Officer. He is at present an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education, Faculty of Education, Benue State University, Makurdi. He is a Widower with four children, namely Ternadoo Theresa, Ternder Terence, Terhembafan Trinity Tricia and Terdoo Tiffany
