Valmiki Rama Krishna working as Coordinator & Assistant Professor, Department of Studies and Research in Political Science, Tumkur University, B. H. Road, Tumkur-572102; having teaching and research experience of 14 years. The areas which are covered under my research are Decentralisation and Governance, Substantive Democracy and Sustainable Development, Exclusion and Inclusive Development, Dalits and Weaker Sections Welfare are major research areas. To my credit more than 60 articles presented in conferences and 90 research articles has been published in National, International journal, Edited books, Conference Proceedings and some of the articles published in Journals carry impact factor and indexed journals.
