 More than 15 years of total experience as Academician in Mechanical department providing Quality education, Syllabus design, Workbook design, Lesson Planning, Organizing Orientation Programs, Parents Meet, Subject allocation to faculties, Recruitment of Faculties, Arranging faculty training in industry, feedback of parents & students, Result analysis, applying Result Improvement methods, Inculcating teaching skills, Organizing Skill Programs, Events, Health checkups of students, Induction Programs, Faculty counselling, Web portal design, Preparing students for Inter college competitions etc.  As an active & experienced prof. of Parul University, I was given the opportunity to represent Parul University at University of Ottawa, Canada under the title of “Summer school training Program- March 2023”  As an additional responsibility, Parul University gave an opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to the university’s growth, by signing MOU with three European universities in 2017. Moreover, under staff mobility program, Parul University & Erasmus+ sponsored my 1 week mobility program at Wroclaw University, Poland.  Has got better exposure to Leading & file application for funding scheme raised by AICTE & Government. Efficient in applying for AICTE CII survey, Lab developments, Designing News letter, Paper writing in renowned journals, organizing events etc.  As a consultancy work, I engross myself to undertake 2D & 3d drawings projects on AutoCAD & Creo, PTC for many renowned organisations.
