Fadhilah Zainal Abidin is a Lecturer in Tourism Management at the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Melaka. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management and has over 13 years of teaching and academic experience. Her research interests include visitor behavior, experience management, and tourism innovation. She has supervised numerous undergraduate research projects and actively contributes to curriculum development and academic reviews. Fadhilah is committed to advancing tourism education and fostering innovative approaches to sustainable destination management in Malaysia.
