I am Poonam Angurala, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Sri Guru Ram Dass College of Education, Amritsar, Punjab. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education and have qualified the UGC-NET in both Education and Computer Science. With postgraduate degrees in both fields, I have been actively contributing to academia since 2015. My research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Education and Technology-Enhanced Learning. I have authored research papers in reputed journals, presented at national and international conferences, served as a reviewer for academic journals, and contributed as an editor for scholarly books. In addition to academics, I write general articles and poetry in my regional language and also share my expertise as a resource person under the PM SHRI scheme.
