Biography
Mrs. Suliat Adeola Ojetunde is an early childhood education professional with international academic and practical experience. She holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education with Merit from the University of Hull, UK, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Her research focuses on early childhood workforce sustainability, educator wellbeing, and curriculum development, with a peer-reviewed publication addressing workforce gaps in early childhood education. Damilola has professional experience as a Family Support Worker in the UK and as an early years educator in Nigeria, delivering inclusive, play-based learning and family-centered support. She is a registered teacher and active contributor to community literacy initiatives.
