Aboli Niphadkar-Mishra is an accomplished academician and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Management at Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU), Pune. With a strong background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain, Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship, she brings extensive academic and industry expertise to the field of management education.
With over a decade of diverse professional experience across academia, skill development, operations, digital marketing, and training, she has worked in India, Dubai, and Bangladesh in various leadership and teaching capacities. Her career includes serving as a Vice President – Operations at Friends Union for Energising Lives, Master Trainer at Ernst & Young (Dhaka), and Digital Marketing Manager in reputed organizations, contributing significantly to organizational development and training excellence.
In academia, she has taught at top institutions including Pimpri Chinchwad University, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, and Srinivas University, where she has designed curricula, delivered interdisciplinary courses, mentored students, coordinated academic initiatives, and contributed to accreditation and quality assurance processes such as NAAC.
Aboli has published research in peer-reviewed journals on topics including technology in education, gaming and entertainment technologies for differently-abled players, innovative teaching practices, and pandemic-driven supply chain disruptions. She continues to engage actively in research in the areas of marketing, consumer behavior, technology adoption, and educational innovation.
She is currently pursuing her PhD in Marketing from Rabindranath Tagore University, along with holding multiple postgraduate degrees including MBA (Marketing & HR), Masters in English, and Masters in Social Work, reflecting her multidisciplinary academic foundation.
