Gloria Baidoo is a researcher and analyst specializing in data analytics, supply chain management, and international affairs with a strong focus on human rights and social justice. She holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University (UK) and an MA in International Affairs, Policy and Analysis from American University in Washington, DC.
Gloria has built a diverse professional portfolio across higher education, humanitarian policy, and project management. She has served in key administrative and analytical roles, including Assistant Registrar at Academic City University College in Ghana, Project Manager at Lockwood Institute, Community Liaison Officer at Tullow Oil Ghana, and Program Assistant/Procurement Officer with the USAID-funded Coastal Resources Center.
Her research and publications explore issues such as data-driven decision-making, supply chain resilience, environmental accountability in Ghana’s mining sector, and childhood poverty and homelessness in the United States. Gloria has contributed scholarly work to the International Affairs Forum and serves as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS).
