Lucy is a doctoral student in the Psychometrics program at Morgan State University. My primary research interest focuses on assessment for learning, particularly for children with learning difficulties. and developing adaptive testing. She is interested in a shift from traditional testing to a more alternative assessment that caters to the needs of diverse learners.
