Marzura Abdul Malek is the Programme Director and the Senior Lecturer in the School of Media and Communication, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. She graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, majoring in Public Relations and read French in Grenoble University, France. Her areas of research are public relations, crisis management, stakeholders’ management, media and youth, communication, e-learning and social media marketing.
