She currently serves as the Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Velumanoharan Arts and Science College for Women, bringing over six years of academic and research experience. Her areas of expertise include medical and industrial microbiology, microbial genetics, and applied microbiological research. She holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology and has earned certifications in biofertilizer production, molecular biology, bioinformatics, soft skills, and pedagogical training. As a contributor to the NCBI Gene Bank and an active peer reviewer for the Research Science and Innovation Society (RSIS), she demonstrates a strong commitment to scientific rigor and publication ethics. Her scholarly work is reflected in multiple publications in reputed peer-reviewed international journals.
