Myself Dr.Prathik, I have completed my B.E. in Mechanical Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), M.Tech in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) in VTU & Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Science at VTU. I am currently working as Assistant Professor in Aeronautical Engg. Dept. of Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bengaluru for the past 9.8 years. As mentioned in the above subject I am applying for the faculty position in Mechanical Engineering Dept. at your esteemed organization. In this role, I have three Australian Innovation Patents granted, two Indian patents published, five Indian Patents Filed & one Copyrights sanctioned. I have published 17 International Journal papers in top tier journals and presented 26 International conference papers at various conferences held in India and abroad. Along with my colleagues I have submitted two funded project proposal one to DRDO & one to KSCST the details have been updated in the resume. Under my guidance two UG projects have been funded by the KSCST, Bengaluru in the year 2020 & 2021. I was the faculty in-charge for the setting up of fluid mechanics lab in Aeronautical Engineering dept. at DSCE & also the NBA co-ordinator for Tier-II accreditation. I am presently the NAAC and NBA Tier-I coordinator. Two International Journals are inline along with one Indian patent publication. My research area of interest are Composite, Nanotubes, Nano materials, AI implementation on UAV, IOT, product design and manufacturing, ANN & 3-D printing of metals.
