I am an Associate Professor in Leadership and Management from Chandaria School of Business. I hold PhD in Organizational Development and Transformation, MBA and B.Com. I have attended several trainings including; Agricultural Farmers Managed Advisory (AFMA) Course in Denmark, Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) in United Kingdom and Curriculum development from Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, Online Instructionsl Design Training, ISO Training, Case Study Development, among others. I am a Member of; Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), USIU-A Research Institutional Review Board (IRB), Life Member of the Academy of Business and Retail Management (ABRM), Member of Editorial Board of International Peer Reviewed Journal and Books (IPRJB), Member of National Advisory Group-International Labour Organization (ILO)-Syndicoop Project, Reviewer of International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS), External examiner for St. Pauls University, PAC University ,and Adventist University of Africa. I have participated in various scholarly researches in various countries (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Somalia, Djibouti, Sudan, and South Sudan).I have published several peer reviewed research papers, some books, case studies, learning modules, and papers presented in conferences. I have supervised over 20 Ph.D and over 200 graduate students’ dissertations and projects respectlvely. In the consultancy field, I am an expert in Strategic Plan development and review, Business Plan Development and Review, mobilization, training and formation of cooperatives, student centered learning, program assessment, program review, baseline survey, midline and endline surveys in social science areas. I am also an expert in curriculum and program development, capacity building and development of training materials for pedagogical and andragogical learning levels, as well as policy and strategy formulation and development. Some of these consultancies that I have undertaken are for diverse sectors.
