Prof Dr Lutfar Rahman obtained MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka joined tea industry as Manager of tea gardens served three decades in tea industry, served as General Manager for two years in Rural Electrification Board and now working as Professor and Registrar, IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology since 2008. Dr Lutfar Rahman obtained PhD in Management from Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) in 2022. His personal interest is in tea plantation and its workers, their lifestyle, bargaining with management and recovery of their demands.
