Prof Dr Md. Lutfar Rahman joined IUBAT as Faculty, College of Business Administration in July 2008. Before joining IUBAT he served for many years in Tea Industry and Rural Electrification Board at higher management position. As a well-experienced professional in the practical field of Industrial Relations and Labor Laws in tea industry and management of rural electrification, he holds MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka and PhD from Malaysia University of Science and Technology. He had undergone a number of quality training in management at home and abroad while serving in tea industry and Rural Electrification Board as Senior Manager and General Manager respectively.
