JOSEPH T. GUDELOS
The reviewer-researcher, born on December 28, 1989, in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, humbly recounts his academic journey. Graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cebu-Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue, he also earned a Certificate in Professional Education from the same institution. Continuing his quest for knowledge, he completed his Master’s Degree in Teaching Science at Southwestern University and fulfilled the academic requirements for a Doctoral Education, majoring in Science Education, at Cebu Normal University.
Before transitioning to a career in Secondary Education, he dedicated three years to teaching at the college level while concurrently serving as a part-time school nurse at AMA Computer Learning Center (ACLC)-College of Mandaue. Upon joining the Department of Education, he furthered his contributions to the field of education by publishing research articles. Serving as a former Master Teacher I at Nemesio-Epifania Taneo Memorial Senior High School in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, under the Department of Education, he currently shares his expertise with Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc Campus.
Recognized for his expertise, he has been entrusted with the role of peer reviewer for numerous international scientific journals indexed in prestigious directories such as the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Scopus, and Web of Sciences. Notably, he has lent his insights to journals like the Futurity Education, International Journal of Instruction, Belitung Nursing Journal and, among others.
With subject areas spanning Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Mixed-Method Research, Nursing research, Biological Sciences, Education, and Science Pedagogy, his diverse knowledge base positions him as a valuable asset to the field of education.
