Mr. Md. Lutfar Rahman joined IUBAT as Faculty, College of Business Administration in July 2008. As a well-experienced professional in the practical field of Industrial Relations and Labor Laws in tea industry and management of rural electrification, he holds MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He had undergone a number of quality trainings in management at home and abroad while serving in tea industry and Rural Electrification Board as Senior Manager and General Manager respectively. Since 2018 Prof Md. Lutfar Rahman has been serving as Registrar, IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology concurrently as Professor of Business Administration of IUBAT.
