Mrs. Rajalakshmi N is a Professor in Nursing with over 30 years of experience in that 15 years of teaching and 15 years of clinical experience. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing and has actively guided undergraduate and postgraduate students in research projects and dissertations. Her areas of interest include chronic disease management, renal nursing, and evidence-based practice. She has experience in academic writing, peer review, and publication processes, contributing to improving research quality in nursing and applied health sciences.
