Rudra Sankar Pal was born in 1992 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received a graduate degree in electrical engineering from the Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology,and post-graduation graduation degree in power system from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India. Presently, he is a Research Scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. His research interest is the application of soft computing techniques to the renewable energy sector.
