Dr. Shalahuddin is a Lecturer at Universitas Borneo Tarakan (UBT), Indonesia, and currently serves as the Head of the Master of Management Study Program in the Faculty of Economics and Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science, with a specialization in Human Resource Management, along with expertise in employee performance, organizational behavior, and public sector HRM. He has strong academic visibility with indexed profiles including Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), SINTA, Google Scholar, and ORCID.
His research focuses on human resource management, employee performance, digital HR systems, and organizational behavior, particularly in public and coastal sector contexts. He has led and contributed to multiple funded research projects and published extensively in national and international journals, covering topics such as work discipline, leadership, digital transformation in HR, and employee performance. He is actively involved in academic publishing, community service, and research development, contributing significantly to higher education and management scholarship in Indonesia.
