Dr. Sifelani Ngwenya was Born in 1966 in Gwanda, in Zimbabwe. He is a trained teacher with twelve years experience. His love for Development and Humanitarian work led his career change in 2003, when he joined NGO work. He finished his PhD from North West University (SA). His research area of interest are programing, management, operations, community mobilization, capacity building, resilience building, education, Disaster Risk reduction, research, training and mentoring.
