Mr. Toh Kelvin Nkwain was Born on 2nd may 1990 in Belo, Boyo division, North West region of Cameroon. Obtained first School Leaving Certificate in 2003 from Government Primary School Sho, Ordinary and Advanced level certificates in 2008 and 2010 from Government Bilingual High School Belo, North West region, Cameroon, Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics in 2014 from University of Buea, South West region of Cameroon, Master of Science degree in Integrated Rural Development in 2016 from University of Dschang, West region of Cameroon, and presently working as a Researcher on program: Rural Sociology and Agricultural Extension in the Centre for Food Technology and Research, Benue State University, Makurdi, Nigeria.
