Prof. Zilhas Ahmed Jewel is a Plant Breeder(Rice) and Assistant Professor of Plant Breeding & Plant Genetics in the Department of Agriculture at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, supervise Masters and PhD students. Working on rice base molecular breeding activities also collaborate working with International Rice Research Institute (IRRI, Bangladesh Office) to perform Breeding Zone Yield trial to select best breeding line to bred zone specific breeding lines for the targeted region of Asia.
