Biography

I have over twelve (12) years of experience spanning academia—including teaching, research, and innovation—and industry. My professional background includes previous placements within stock-exchange listed corporations such as Old Mutual and Econet Wireless.

Since January 2023, I have been serving as a full-time Lecturer and Program Coordinator for Marketing Management in the Business Management Department at Lupane State University, Zimbabwe.

I have supervised more than 30 Master’s theses and over 300 undergraduate dissertations, contributing significantly to postgraduate and undergraduate academic development.

In addition, I serve as an Adjunct Faculty member at several tertiary institutions, including Gwanda State University, The Open University of Zimbabwe, Bulawayo Polytechnic, Zimbabwe College, and other higher education institutions across Zimbabwe.
