Dr. Rajiv Pal is an Associate Professor of Mathematics and Dean, School of Sciences at NIILM University, Kaithal (Haryana), with over 23 years of experience in higher education, research, and academic administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and has extensive expertise in mathematical modeling, interdisciplinary research, and research proposal development. Dr. Rajiv Pal serves as Coordinator of the IPR Cell and Research Cell and has successfully contributed to multiple nationally funded research proposals. His academic interests include proportional reasoning, numerical methods, AI-enabled education, and mathematics pedagogy. He is an active member of several national and international professional bodies.
