Dr. Deepthi P. Iyer is a skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist currently associated with Anugraha Eye Hospital. She completed her M.B.B.S from J.J.M Medical College and pursued her M.S. in Ophthalmology from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, followed by D.N.B. Ophthalmology. She further specialized through a Fellowship in Phacorefractive Surgery at Bangalore West Lions Eye Hospital and advanced training in LASIK and Cornea & Anterior Segment care at reputed eye institutes. Dr. Iyer has extensive clinical and surgical experience in cataract, cornea, and refractive procedures, having successfully performed over 1500 surgeries including Phacoemulsification, Manual SICS, Pterygium Excision, and LASIK procedures. She has actively contributed to ophthalmic research through publications, conference presentations, and reviewer roles, and has been recognized with awards including the Best Speaker Award at KOSCON 2016. She is also a guest speaker and wet lab trainer at national and international ophthalmology conferences.
