Biography
Dr. Aaiman Siddiqui is a highly accomplished educator, researcher, and management scholar with deep expertise across Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and general management. A decorated academician, she graduated as a Gold Medalist (M.Com) from Banaras Hindu University, cleared her UGC NET-JRF on her first attempt, and earned her Ph.D. in Commerce from Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University in 2023. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida, Dr. Siddiqui has built a stellar reputation for guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students across MBA, PGDM, and B.Com tracks. Her pedagogy focuses on future-ready workplace competencies, delivering key courses such as Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Foundations of Entrepreneurship. Beyond classroom instruction, she spearheads critical institutional growth initiatives, driving NBA Criteria 5 (Faculty Contribution) and Criteria 9.4 (Alumni Engagement) compliance, coordinating the campus HR Club, and mentoring senior PGDM cohorts.An internationally recognized voice in higher education innovation, Dr. Siddiqui serves as the International Peneleh Ambassador for India, bridging cross-cultural research collaborations with the Peneleh Research Institute in Indonesia. Her scholarly inquiries address critical contemporary themes, including corporate modern slavery disclosure, AI tools in the classroom, workplace diversity, and the intersection of startup flexibility with employee quiet quitting. Her high-impact doctoral thesis comprehensively modeled the effects of organizational culture on faculty stress across public and private universities in Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Siddiqui’s research has earned widespread acclaim, including the Best Paper Award (2025) at a joint international conference with Aristotle University, Greece, alongside competitive distinctions like the Young Researcher Award and the Influential Women Leaders Award. A prolific author and frequent global speaker, she regularly serves as an international session chair and guest lecturer for academic forums across Greece, Malaysia, and Indonesia, advocating for human-centric Education 5.0 and sustainable corporate governance.
