Dr. Jasper Kim M. Rabago is a highly accomplished educator, psychologist, and academic administrator currently serving as an Associate Professor I and the Program Coordinator for the Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) Humanities, Arts, Languages, and Literature (HALL) program at Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in Laoag City, Philippines. With 14 years of diverse teaching experience across secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels, Dr. Rabago holds a unique intersection of expertise in both social sciences and behavioral health. He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education and MAEd in Social Studies from MMSU, followed by an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Cagayan State University, and is currently pursuing a second Doctor of Philosophy in Social Studies Education at the University of Philippines-Diliman.
