Ifeyinwa Nkemdilim Obiokafor, PGD, M.Sc. is a Nigerian computer science academic, cybersecurity researcher, information technology professional, and higher-education educator with extensive experience in computing education, information security, and digital technologies. She holds an M.Sc. and PGD in Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and an HND and ND in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Oko.
