Dr. Ajmera Tushar is an Assistant Professor at Noble University, Junagadh, Gujarat, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and an M.Phil. in Commerce from Saurashtra University, Rajkot, and an M.Com. in Accountancy, securing second rank at the university level. He has qualified UGC-NET-JRF, and GSET. His research interests include financial management, accounting, banking, corporate social responsibility (CSR), digital finance, and artificial intelligence in commerce and education.He has authored 19 scholarly publications and two case studies. He has presented research papers at 12 international conferences and colloquia and five national conferences, contributing to academic discussions on finance, accounting, corporate sustainability, digital transformation, and emerging developments in commerce and management. He has also participated in faculty development programmes focused on research writing and scholarly publication.In recognition of his research contributions, he received the Young Researcher Award at the IRP-NU Award Function 2026, organised by Noble University, Junagadh. He is committed to promoting rigorous scholarly inquiry, evidence-based research, and academic excellence in commerce and management.
