Dr. Siti Aishah Edros is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management (STHEM) at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia. In August 2022, she earned her PhD in Hotel and Tourism Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.

Dr. Siti Aishah has extensive experience in teaching, researching, and publishing in areas such as Hospitality Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Food and Beverage Management, Housekeeping, and issues related to Human Resources Management, specifically within the hospitality and tourism industry in Malaysia. Prior to joining UUM, she accumulated eleven years of lecturing experience in the hospitality field at Polytechnic and Community Colleges.

Additionally, Dr. Siti Aishah actively serves as a coach, assisting postgraduate students at Eduwrite Resources. She has experience as an innovation panel assessor at both international and national levels, including iCompEx and MaTRiX’24.

Dr. Siti Aishah has also won a Gold Award in the Innovation & Creativity competition for the Social Science category at both international and national levels, and has received recognition for the best product.
