Born in Makassar January 26, 1968. He completed his elementary, junior high, and senior high school education, all of which were public schools in Makassar City, Indonesia. Continuing higher education at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University, earned his Bachelor of Law degree in 1994. He continued his study at the Masters of Law program at Hasanuddin University, passed in 1999. Completed his Doctor of Law in the Doctoral Program of Law, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, February 2018 Now, he is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Halu Oleo University, Kendari, Indonesia.
