Prospery Mwansa Mwila, holds Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Education from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), a Master degree and PhD in Educational Assessment and Evaluation from ST Augustine University of Tanzania and Mwenge Catholic University- respectively. Prospery is now working as A senior Lecturer of educational assessment and evaluation, educational research methods, and Educational Media and Technology at ST Augustine University of Tanzania .
