Boris Happy Odalonu is a Ph.D candidate and a lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Enugu State, Nigeria. He holds M.Sc. in Political Science/Public Administration, B.Sc.(Ed) in Political Science and Public Administration and Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. His research interests include administration, public policy, good governance, conflict analysis, peace building, gender issues, nation-building, leadership and development amongst others. He has published extensively on governance, security challenges and peace building in Nigeria.
