Mr. David Sande Ouma is a sociologist and researcher, with over 12 years of working experience in conducting research, teaching and public service. He holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Sociology. He has worked with the Kenya Medical Research Institute in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control (KEMRI/CDC) in its International Emerging Infectious Program (IEIP) as a community interviewer in its longitudinal household morbidity surveillance. He has also held the position of a teacher at FPFK Goodhope Secondary School in Nairobi, where he taught mathematics and biology; and headed the academics, guidance and counseling departments. He has been involved as a researcher in numerous studies to date.
