Francis is a ProfessIonal Counselor, Reviewer, Researcher, Author and Educator. He holds a Master of Science in Counselling (MSCC) from the University of Zambia in collaboration with the Zimbabwe Open University (UNZAZOU), and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education from the University of Zambia (UNZA). Francis has co-published research articles in International journals and has reviewed several papers/ articles. In addition, Francis has published one academic book and two non-academic books.
