Brief Biography: Dr. Awadhesh Singh Gautam is a distinguished academic in Library and Information Science. He holds a Ph.D. from Assam University, Silchar, where he researched the management and usage of electronic resources in central university libraries of Uttar Pradesh. He has also earned degrees like M.A., B.Ed., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Phil., and PGDCA. Currently, he is the Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science at Gopal Narayan Singh University, Sasaram, Bihar. He previously worked as a Librarian at Dr. K. N. Modi University, Rajasthan. Dr. Gautam has published over 15 research papers on topics such as electronic resource management, digital libraries, and information literacy. His expertise lies in academic librarianship, e-resource management, and digital information services.
