Dr. Abdullah M. Al-Ansi is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, Thamar University, Yemen. He is now active as a Lecturer for Strategic Management, Change Management and HRM in the Faculty of Economic and Management Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta since 2018.He obtained his First PhD in Education Management from the UIN-Malang Maulana Malik Ibrahim 2017 and second from UMM 2020 in Social and Political Science, Indonesia. His main interest is in HRM, e-learning and ICT in education and Social and Political Science.
