Dr. Abdullah M. Al-Ansi is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, Thamar University, Yemen. He is now active as a Lecturer for Strategic Management, Change Management and HRM in the Faculty of Economic and Management Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta since 2018. He obtained his First PhD in Education Management from the UIN-Malang Maulana Malik Ibrahim 2017 and second from UMM 2020 in Social and Political Science, Indonesia. His main interest is in HRM, e-learning and ICT in education and Social and Political Science.
