Aemin Nasir holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management from the School of Business Management at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She possesses a Master of Philosophy in HRM, a Master in Commerce, and a Master in Education from renowned universities in Pakistan. Presently, she serves as a research associate at UUM. Her research interests are in Total Quality Management, ISO, organizational sustainability, and Industry 4.0, Innovation, Leadership, and HRM Practices.
