Dr. Eunice Dhokura is a highly motivated and versatile educationist, risk management specialist, and law enforcement trainer with deep expertise in adult learning systems. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Lifelong Learning and Development Studies from Chinhoyi University of Technology in late 2024, where her doctoral thesis pioneered an implementation framework for adopting educational technology among adult learners in Zimbabwean vocational training centers. Dr. Dhokura builds upon a robust pedagogical foundation, holding a Master of Adult Education from Midlands State University, a Bachelor of Adult and Continuing Education (Honours) from Great Zimbabwe University, and a Further Education Trainers Diploma.
