Fazillah has been an academician for the past 15 years. She formerly worked as an International School Teacher for 12 years, where she was skilled in classroom instruction, lesson planning, and parent-teacher
relations. Her experience as the Head of Department for 7 years provided her with a well-rounded skill set, including leadership, first-rate conflict resolution,
and problem-solving talents. She also has a strong educational foundation and a desire to educate.
She is currently a lecturer at Malaysia’s National Defence University. Her responsibilities as a lecturer include preparing and delivering lectures,
collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching
methods, conducting research, authoring papers, proposals, and journal
articles, and attending and participating in conferences.
